Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this mid-level position, you will be responsible for managing the coordinating and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time and in line with campaign objectives. You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of marketing initiatives by coordinating workflows, tracking progress, and maintaining communication between multiple internal teams.
Position Description:
- Coordinating and Campaign Execution : Oversee the management of marketing projects to ensure they are delivered on time to the appropriate channels.
- Project Management : Coordinate and track the status of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and stakeholders are informed throughout the process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, content, financial operations and portfolio teams to ensure that campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently across various platforms.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and compliant with industry standards before being distributed.
- Problem Solving : Address any issues or delays in the distribution process, offering timely solutions and ensuring minimal disruption to campaign schedules.
- Tool Management : Use project management tools to maintain workflow and ensure clear communication between teams.
- Process Optimization : Continuously assess and improve management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall campaign execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on distribution/project management and marketing campaign coordination. Experience in asset management and private markets is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of project management tools is a plus including Airtable, Notion, and LucidChart.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:
The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance. The firm is 100% employee owned providing for material economic wealth creation opportunity.
