Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of agency or internal agency experience managing creative projects
• Experience creating and managing timelines for digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of video post-production
• Familiarity with photoshoots, the pre-production process, PR and social
• Experience with project management software (Asana experience is a plus)

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and ownership of projects; shepherds projects through the creative process to ensure they are on track
• Oversees the production of assets for ecommerce, paid media, social media and retail channels, prioritizing deliverables as needed based on deadlines
• Creates timelines for video post-production; manages internal team execution (editing and VFX)
• Manages creative workflows including proper briefing processes and resource allocation of internal creative team members; Proactively identifies and develops solutions for project issues
• Owns department status meeting: updates known developments prior to the meeting, clearly communicate updates to the team, checks in with team on any outstanding tasks to keep projects on track
• Responsible for routing creative work for approvals with cross-functional team members, track changes and managing feedback
• Takes notes during meetings to ensure comprehensive documentation of key discussion points and actionable next steps, facilitating seamless communication and project progression
• Facilitates consistent and clear communication of project updates with cross-functional team members; Ensures full project status transparency throughout project stages
• Assists Creative Operations lead in ongoing initiatives, including process updates and photoshoots; Other duties as assigned
