Position: Civil Litigation Attorney Location: Hybrid - Walnut Creek or San Francisco, CA Salary: Based on Experience, $120,000 - $185,000 per year We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility with time split between remote work and our offices in Walnut Creek or San Francisco. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials. Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve positive outcomes for clients. Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings as required. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to civil litigation matters. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with demonstrated proficiency in handling cases independently. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
