Sushi Oku is seeking a passionate and skilled Head Bartender to join our team as we expand our beverage program and grow our space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive sake knowledge to take a leading role. Please note that our menu is focused exclusively on beer, sake, and wine.

This is a full-time, working position requiring 4-5 days a week behind the bar. The role offers creative control over the beverage program, along with some additional paid responsibilities, including inventory management and ordering.
