Job Title: Investment Analyst

Location: Toronto, 5 days in office

Employment Type: Contract, 6 months

Our client a banking institute is looking for an Investment Analyst to support investment strategies through research, analysis, and reporting. Identify and recommend investment opportunities aligned with the company’s objectives and risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends and company performance.
• Support portfolio management and allocation strategies.
• Prepare investment reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Assist with data management, data analysis, extraction etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (CFA preferred).
• 2+ years of investment analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling and market knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
