We are seeking a highly experienced Visualizer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of innovative concepts and designs across print, digital, and video platforms, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with business objectives. This role demands a strong creative vision, team leadership, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Sr. Graphic designer

• Experience in designing cross channel experiences

• Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently

• Implementing best practices in accessible design

• Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes

• Experience working in an agile environment a plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Additional design skills in related fields, including filmmaking, motion design, and prototyping is

a plus

• Experience in designing cross channel experiences

• Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently

• Familiarity with best practices in accessible design

• Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field

• 2+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role

• A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user-centered designs

• Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production,

illustration, logo creation, branding, and interaction design

• Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) Sketch,

Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, etc

• Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus.

• Experience creating production specs/assets, working directly with developers for

implementation of designs a plus
