Your New Role:


In this role, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, such as reviewing GC-issued contracts, confirming scopes with estimates, developing budgets, and creating project forecasting reports. You'll also be responsible for reviewing shop drawings, managing mechanical construction schedules, and coordinating with the field team to oversee subcontractors. Your duties will include overseeing the Change Order process, reviewing GC communications for scope implications, ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date, completing monthly progress billing, and attending construction reporting meetings. Additionally, you will apply for permits, maintain relationships with GCs, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure the completion of project closeout tasks.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:


To excel as the Mechanical Project Manager, you should have over 5 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, be well-versed in Mechanical Contracting and its components, and possess strong attention to detail. You should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, approachable and professional with clients, and proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products, and Autodesk/Trimble. Formal training in plumbing or engineering is a plus
