This role involves applying clinical expertise, implementing evidence-based practices, and educating staff and patients to achieve exceptional outcomes in cancer care. Key Responsibilities Serve as a clinical expert and role model in oncology nursing. Identify and address clinical challenges with evidence-based solutions. Deliver staff education, including chemotherapy/immunotherapy competencies. Develop patient and community education programs tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Facilitate research and implement findings into clinical practice. Maintain certifications and pursue ongoing professional development. Qualifications Current Advance Nurse Practitioner License Certification in oncology or related specialty. 3-5 years of oncology nursing experience; leadership or teaching experience preferred.
