I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in litigation to join their Kansas City office.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Provide general support to the litigation department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Missouri.
• 2+ years of experience in franchise and litigation experience, ideally gained with a large law firm setting.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
