Must-Have: Candidates must have experience in medical-surgical and neuro nursing
Job Description:
- Work in a general medical/surgical unit with a focus on Med Surg/Telemetry.
- Engage in procedures such as dialysis, continuous bladder irrigation, gastric decompression, and wound care.
- Utilize various equipment, including Welch Allyn Vital Sign monitors, COWs (Computers on Wheels), Hoyer lifts, PCA pumps, CareView Virtual Sitters, and telemedicine tools like Telepsych and Teleneuro.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:6, collaborating with a night shift team that includes 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 3 Registered Nurses (RNs), 3 Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- Fit well within a team-oriented and self-motivated environment.
- Follow the dress code of navy scrubs; hoop nose piercings are not allowed.
