The Marketing Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to manage customer segmentation, campaign performance, and channel health metrics. This role will play a key part in developing data-driven, customer-focused marketing strategies that support member engagement and acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for campaign targeting and segmentation to meet stakeholder and marketing needs.
  • Develop and manage segmentation strategies for automated programs, including onboarding and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure segmentation approaches enable robust testing strategies and accurate campaign performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve data and targeting-related issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation and resources, including Wikis, for stakeholders and global teams.
  • Create user-friendly materials to transition tasks and processes to offshore teams effectively.
  • Lead regular check-ins with offshore teams to manage priorities, monitor progress, and address challenges.
  • Validate segmentation queries and reports for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business rules and data governance standards.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, database management, or campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency with customer segmentation tools and techniques, with knowledge of best practices.
  • Advanced SQL skills (experience with platforms like AWS Redshift is a plus).
  • Experience working with outbound marketing channels, such as email and mobile push notifications, including campaign testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel campaign management and automated customer journey design.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a technical aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using workflow management tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of email and mobile push marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on campaign performance and channel health evaluation.
