Key Responsibilities:

• Handling litigation matters, including mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Advising clients on labor and employment law matters, including compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborating with a global team to deliver innovative and strategic solutions.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor & employment law and litigation.
