This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected team that supports a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, in protecting and leveraging their intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling patent prosecution matters, including patent searches, analysis, drafting, and filing applications.
• Managing patent portfolios across diverse industries and technologies.
• Advising on mechanical, biomedical, and medical device-related patents.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide strategic IP guidance.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice before the USPTO.
• Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical devices is a plus.
• Litigation experience is appreciated but not required.
