Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and act as a communication liaison
• Draft and proofread emails, presentations, and reports while maintaining strict confidentiality

Travel Coordination:

• Plan seamless domestic and international travel, including private aviation and itineraries

Meeting & Event Management:

• Prepare agendas, organize logistics, take minutes, and manage follow-up action items for meetings and events

Family Office Assistance:

• Provide occasional support for personal scheduling and special projects

Finance & Expense Management:

• Handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years supporting C-level executives
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
• Professionalism, discretion, and emotional maturity to handle confidential matters
• Flexible, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset
