Position Title: Executive Assistant, Global Equities
Role Overview:
This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to Portfolio Managers and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support approximately two teams, consisting of around 10 investment professionals.
- Organize and coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings.
- Build relationships with broker sales teams to facilitate effective meeting scheduling.
- Oversee calendar management, including conflict resolution and preparation for meetings (e.g., travel arrangements).
- Document meeting details in relevant databases.
- Gather and organize research reports, financial models, and corporate filings (e.g., quarterly and annual reports).
- Arrange travel logistics such as flights, hotels, and ground transportation for the teams.
- Process and manage expense reports for Portfolio Managers and team members.
- Collaborate with operational teams to plan new hire training schedules and oversee onboarding.
- Develop a foundational understanding of various industries (e.g., energy, industrials, financials, consumer, technology, media, and telecommunications) to enhance team support.
- Learn about the company’s technology infrastructure, investment philosophy, and risk management framework.
- Attend and contribute to weekly business meetings with the teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services or equities investments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Time Management: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
- Detail Orientation: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Discreet and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.
- Interpersonal Skills: Mature, personable, and able to interact with peers and senior executives confidently.

Compensation: In accordance with the NYS Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000, with eligibility for overtime. Additional forms of compensation and benefits are not included in the base salary.
