Responsibilities

• Work with Sr. Designers to create social media images, online advertising, event and sales collateral, and packaging designs
• Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first)
• Creating a range of concepts and designs while partnering with copywriters to ensure the copy direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept powerful and compelling
• Communicate designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations
• Expertly leading teams of designers and production artists to execute cross-channel and digital work
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design
• Possess a strong sense of type, color and design principles
• Passionate about social media and/or online branding
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and working on a team.
