Job Description

Our Client a Global Investment Bank is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist in Alpharetta, GA location.



Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on routine, cyclical, and ad hoc HR matters, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, professional development, promotions, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR colleagues to support people initiatives.
  • Offer day-to-day guidance on HR matters, such as coaching managers, addressing employee issues, providing career guidance, mobility support, and coordinating with employee relations and employment law teams.
  • Assist with immigration and relocation processes, manage special projects, and support year-end processes (e.g., performance evaluations, talent ranking, promotions, and compensation).
  • Track service requests, log information in systems, and update records to provide accurate metrics and insights.
  • Project manage HRBP team activities, both planned and ad hoc.
  • Liaise with HR Solutions teams to deliver HR services effectively.
  • Identify trends, suggest proactive actions to mitigate risks, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Maintain service delivery standards, providing high-quality support and guidance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional judgment with a strong sense of when to escalate issues.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly establish trust.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Team player comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to embrace change.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ownership and accountability to ensure tasks are thoroughly and promptly completed.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, initiative, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HR systems.
