Russell Tobin is hiring a Motion Graphics Production Coordinator for one of our top clients, an industry leading media and entertainment company in Burbank, CA! As a Graphics Coordinator on the Theatrical Marketing & Distribution team, you will play a key role as a liaison to the Lead Title Artist(s) on the Hive team, assisting with the daily operations of the Motion Graphics department.

Pay: $26-$28/hr. depending on experience

Location: Burbank, CA 91521

Schedule : 9:30a-7p M-F Hybrid- 2 days onsite

Responsibilities:

• Process and organize incoming graphic requests from various platforms.
• Assign project tasks to Title Artists, ensuring alignment with team priorities.
• Schedule and communicate graphic assignments effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the lifecycle of motion graphics projects from initiation to completion.
• Prioritize, delegate, and track projects in collaboration with Lead Title Artist(s), Title Artists, Producers, Editors, and Stakeholders.
• Send, upload, and distribute offline and final graphic files as directed.
• Coordinate finishing requests between the Motion Graphics team, Producing team, and Finishing team.
• Confirm successful file transfers to the Finishing team by ensuring receipt and download confirmations.
• Coordinate the daily workflow of the Motion Graphics team, both in person and over Teams/Zoom

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree, preferably in graphic design, technical illustration, art, communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Motion Graphics experience in the entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with trailer vendors, trailer houses, and creative agencies within the film industry.
• Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop. After Effects a plus.
• Prior knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
• Must demonstrate professional commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and consistency in work product.
• Strong work ethic with the ability and the desire to work in a team environment.
• Trusted to work with highly confidential information.
• General understanding of post production workflows in Entertainment Marketing.
• Passionate about graphic design and motion graphics and a willingness to learn.
• Grace under pressure in a fast paced, deadline focused, creative environment.
