Sales Support Specialist – Entry-Level Opportunity (Hybrid)


An expanding North Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills while managing customer accounts and providing top-tier service. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer accounts and provide excellent service through pricing updates, order tracking, and product releases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order management and customer satisfaction.
  • Use Excel to update pricing, manage databases, and correct invoices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize during busy periods.
