JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Supervisor will lead overall operations, focusing on labor, productivity, quality, and safety to ensure efficient delivery of products and services at the Santa Fe Springs location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operational processes, including receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory, and quality management.
• Develop and implement plans to meet performance, durability, and cost targets.
• Maintain a safe work environment by applying standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align policies and resources with demand.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and train employees, conduct performance evaluations, and address corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO-compliant quality systems and resolve material non-conformances.
• Develop and execute quality plans for new and existing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in operations, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 certification, ERP systems (Global Shop preferred), and warehousing processes.
• Ability to travel globally as needed.
