My client is a leading provider of automation solutions, specializing in custom machine building and system integration. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee automation projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality systems to our clients.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of project management experience in the automation industry, with a strong background in automation/controls engineering . This role involves managing the complete project lifecycle from sales/discovery to completion.

Responsibilities :

• Lead project teams in the design, development, and installation of automation systems.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and project updates.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and address any technical challenges.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and oversee project documentation.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of project management experience in the automation industry, with prior automation/controls engineering experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, and custom machine building.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
