Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Manage schedules and mentor junior technicians
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain industry knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and reports
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical school certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience, with leadership experience
• EPA certification and valid driver's license required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in various environments
  

Work Environment:

• Commercial and industrial settings
• Availability for on-call work and emergency repairs as needed
