Shift Supervisor (Heavy Industrial)
Large, heavy industrial plant has an immediate for a Shift Supervisor to join their team. The successful will applicant will be charged with managing the staff and various maintenance activities within the plant during their assigned shift.
Eligible for Sign-On Bonus $$$$$
MUST HAVES!

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working in a heavy industrial facility.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience of boilers, turbines and steam plant operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot plant equipment issues when needed.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience within a heavy industrial environment
• Ability to mentor the maintenance team / strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills (will need to plan daily work rota for the hourly employees, ensure work tasks are completed in a timely manner, coordinate maintenance activities etc.)
• ASME certification holder or ability to obtain it within 6 months from date of hire.
• Must be able to work a rotating 12 hour shift that switches from days to night every 2 months.
• POSITION COMES WITH EXCELLENT GROWTH POTENTIAL AND IS ELIGIBLE FOR O/T (@ straight time) when covering additional shifts.**
