Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and design for access systems
• Design elevated access platforms and personnel/material hoists for construction, energy, and industrial sectors
• Provide technical assistance to branches and project sites
• Collaborate with product development engineers to provide custom solutions and design feedback
• Leverage engineering CAD and PDM management tools effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the work environment
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis or equivalent (Master's degree a plus)
• 3-4+ years of experience
• Successfully completed FE exam (EIT status) with ability to sit for PE exam within one year
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to learn and work in the construction industry
• Creative problem-solving in a collaborative team environment
