We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the continued growth of a well-known beverage manufacturer. In this role, you will be coordinating governance activities, optimizing processes, and supporting the Project Management team. This is a temporary, hybrid position with the potential for extension.
Location: Preston, WA (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Duration: 3 months, possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $29- $37 per hour
Schedule: M-F, 8am- 5pm will need occasional weekend/evening availability
Job Duties:
- Schedule governance meetings – Operational Review Team, Operations Execution, Steering Committee.
- Build Workfront reports and coordinate meeting materials to support leadership and governance meetings.
- Manage new project request in-take process in Workfront.
- Maintain monthly Workfront user adoption reporting and share out findings.
- Assist with Workfront administration tasks.
- Gather resource estimates from all departments and update in Workfront's resource planner on a trimester basis.
- Oversee PO and ICAF preparation, routing and approvals.
- Maintain PMO's internal communications page – including, but not limited to, uploading key reports and meeting notes.
- Maintain PMO’s Microsoft Teams internal repository – including, but not limited to, SOPs, maintain documentation and folder structure.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
To be a good fit for this role:
- Experience with Workfront, or similar Portfolio Project Management tool
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule- occasional evening/weekend hours for special assignments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- 2+ years of administrative and/or project support in a business operations environment.
