Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California.

Duties:

• Manage end-to-end invitation processes for select events, ensuring seamless engagement with CxO-level customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, including creating compelling invitations, overseeing delivery, managing follow-ups, tracking attendees, and handling response management with precision
• Lead multiple simultaneous programs requiring a balance of strategic vision and swift tactical execution, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving high-impact results

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously
• Excellent, executive verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Asana, preferred
• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers
