Job Title: Senior Transportation Manager
Term: Fulltime, Permanent
Pay Range: $100,00-140,000
Location: We are looking for a Senior Transportation Manager in Chino, California OR Monroe Township, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's truck delivery business management system, formulate annual business development strategies based on market conditions and customer needs, and be responsible for the business results.
- Fully oversee the daily management of the company's truck delivery business.
- Lead the design of the company's truck delivery business product system and the establishment of business systems.
- Responsible for the team building and management, selecting and cultivating management talent.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the transportation sector of a large U.S.-based truck delivery logistics company.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Strong cost control abilities for truck delivery, with deep insights and planning for core competitiveness and operational management of projects.
- Understanding of B2B delivery, experience managing a fleet of over 100 vehicles, familiar with pricing, cost control, and fleet management.
