Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Drive solutions for complex HR challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage HR technology to optimize workflows, improve reporting, and enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ideal Experience & Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of HR experience , preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, transactional HR tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
- High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and other technology tools; tech-savviness is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a bonus.
