CV Resources is partnering with a small but dynamic manufacturing company in Boise, ID, to fill a Senior HR Generalist role . This organization, with approximately 100 employees, values a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior HR Generalist to join this manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and hands-on HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and employee engagement to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to onboarding.
• Build relationships with local hiring channels and develop a talent pipeline.
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• HR Generalist Duties:
• Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and generate HR reports as needed. (Paycom)
• Culture & Employee Engagement:
• Partner with leadership to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
• Organize and implement training and development programs.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee handbooks and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
