We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for our Diagnostics & Global Services divisions. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract future leaders across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
Develop a robust, multi-channel search strategy to identify and engage top talent.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to meet both short and long-term business goals.
Drive talent sourcing through various channels, turning over every rock to identify the best candidates.
Requirements:
Recruiting experience (agency experience OK, in-house preferred; medical device or tech experience highly preferred).
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated, positive, and a team player with a passion for talent acquisition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required.
