Your new Role
- Designing and architect BOARD solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Developing technical specifications (including SDD) and documentation for implementations.
- Collaborating with delivery squad, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Integrating BOARD with other platforms such as Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, MDM and PIM.
- Optimizing BOARD application performance and scalability to ensure efficient content delivery and management.
- Implementing security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams that utilize the BOARD platform for application development.
- Staying current with BOARD platform updates, releases, and new features, and assess their impact on existing implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues pertaining to BOARD platform.

What you need to Succeed
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing BOARD based applications in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Agricultural go-to market strategy and business processes (highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of BOARD architecture, concepts, and best practices.
- Experience with BOARD configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant BOARD certifications are a plus.
- Good working knowledge of pricing and sales planning and forecasting processes.
