The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, from strategy development to execution. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, resonate with diverse audiences, and elevate our brand. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on management to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing objectives with overall business strategy.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics - Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions, Develop and execute strategies for email marketing, lead nurturing funnels, and automated campaigns to engage and retain customers, Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and identify areas for improvement, Create data-driven strategies to optimize digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, and email platforms.
- Social media and Content Marketing - Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty, Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, graphics, and infographics, to build audience engagement and brand authority, ensure social media campaigns align with the annual marketing calendar and broader business goals.
- Campaign Oversight - Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and community initiatives, Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar to align all initiatives across multiple channels, Proven experience in creating and managing omni-channel strategies, traditional, community, and digital, Deep understanding of consumer behavior and customer journey mapping across multiple channels, Ensure campaigns are cohesive across digital, print, and in-person channels for maximum impact, Manage the marketing budget, tracking ROI and optimizing resource allocation.
- Team Leadership - Inspire and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability, Mentor team members to develop their skills and align their efforts with business goals, Build cross-departmental relationships to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Brand Stewardship - Champion the company’s brand, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all marketing materials, Act as the company’s voice in community and industry engagements, building trust and credibility, Protect and enhance the company’s reputation through effective communication and public relations.
- Community Engagement - Collaborate with local stakeholders to create marketing strategies that resonate with rural and urban communities. Develop and execute community-focused campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership responsibilities.
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets.
- Knowledge of industries such as agriculture, petroleum, grocery, and home and building supplies is an asset.
- Hands on experience in B2B and B2C retail or sales environments
