Job Summary

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Oligo Professionnel's digital marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, your role is pivotal in driving online engagement, increasing brand awareness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for a digital marketing professional eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

?     Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

?     Content & Campaign Management : Manage content creation across social media and email

?     Platform Optimization : Oversee the optimization of Oligo’s Shopify and Amazon platforms, ensuring user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative experiences.

?     Webinars & Digital Learning : Plan and execute engaging webinars to promote education and interaction with Oligo products.

?     Data-Driven Marketing : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

?     Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with product development and education teams to deliver compelling product launches and marketing initiatives.

?     Trend Monitoring : Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative practices to strengthen Oligo’s online presence.

What We’re Looking For

?     Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

?     Experience : 3-5 years in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, hair care, or lifestyle industry.

?     Technical Skills : Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Shopify experience is a plus.

?     Creative & Analytical Mindset : A balance of creative flair and data-driven problem-solving.

?     Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

?     Project Management : Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
