Our client delivers localized digital marketing experiences through innovative technology and a local-first approach. Our client’s Multi-Location Experience (MLX) Platform creates, deploys, and provides the data to efficiently manage profitable, localized marketing at scale. Our client is passionate about drivingmeasurable results, leveraging data-driven insights, and staying ahead of industry trends. Currently we have 2 open positions on the digital marketing team.


These roles are both permanent positions in Morrisville, NC working a hybrid schedule. The company offers a competitive salary, profit sharing, and an excellent benefit package. No visa situations for these opportunities .


Our client is seeking 2 different roles for their customer experience team:


Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their CustomerExperience team. In this role,you will serveas the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met by leveraging innovative technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving client success, fostering relationships, and growing account revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience:


Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Business, or a relatedfield.

5+ years of experience in account management/ client facing roles with demonstrated dedication to clients and program solving

3+ years of enterprise account management experience

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, socialmedia, and analytics.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multipleaccounts and projectssimultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindsetwith the abilityto interpret data and provideactionable insights.

Demonstrated success in growing clientrelationships and achievingrevenue targets.


The Digital Marketing Program Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for clients. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate closely with internalstakeholders and clientsto ensure strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable success.


Required Skills &Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relatedfield.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategydevelopment and campaign execution.

Strong understanding of and expertisein digital marketingtools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and The TradeDesk.

Proven track recordof driving measurable results through multi-channel marketing strategies.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Tableau,or similar.

Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Creative thinkerwith a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications for both jobs:


Experience in a digitalmarketing agency or technology company.

Certifications in GoogleAds, Meta Blueprint, The TradeDesk or other digitalplatforms.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Knowledge of emergingdigital trends such as AI in marketing, programmatic advertising, or search engine optimization.
