Our client, a global organization in Montgomery County, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO's daily activities and ensuring their efficiency and productivity. It will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication, scheduling, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the CEO and executive team as needed.
- Managing the CEO's schedule: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence for the CEO and responding on their behalf.
- Managing administrative tasks such as expense reports, sponsorships, payment portals, etc.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
- Conducting research and gathering information on behalf of the CEO.
- Serving as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders and partnering on special projects.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Anticipating the needs of the CEO and proactively addressing them.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage, execute, and oversee personal projects, passion projects and philanthropic initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-7 years of experience in Executive Assistant role
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be extremely tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Overall, this role requires a high level of organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
