Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor/Lead will be responsible for hands-on leadership, overseeing daily operations, and working alongside the team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training: Learn all aspects of warehouse operations, including order pulling, receiving, scanning, and truck loading.
• Operational Leadership: Work alongside the team to set the standard in manual labor tasks, including operating electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
• Problem-Solving: Address space constraints and optimize warehouse workflows in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Hands-On Execution: Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds, moving pallets, and maintaining operations in cold environments.
Requirements:
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks (ride-on models).
• Familiarity with stand-up forklifts (certification available if needed).
• Capability to lift up to 70 pounds.
