What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in crafting and managing marketing materials that grab attention and deliver results. Your work will directly shape how we connect with our audience, both online and offline. Key responsibilities include:

Design & Content Creation

• Create visually compelling print materials  like door hangers, yard signs, and flyers.
• Develop scroll-stopping social media posts , including graphics and video content.
• Design branded materials that clearly communicate our message while maintaining a cohesive look.

Digital Presence Management

• Update website content using WordPress and ensure the site is SEO-optimized.
• Assist with SEO copywriting  to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Schedule and manage content across multiple social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Administrative Marketing Tasks

• Monitor and manage Google Business Listings  to keep information accurate and up-to-date.
• Oversee review management  by responding to customer feedback and reviews.
• Coordinate and execute campaigns with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, or other marketing platforms.

Analytics & Strategy

• Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations to ensure results.
• Research the latest trends in digital marketing to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll shine in this role if you:

• Have an eye for design  and are skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Are familiar with SEO basics, WordPress, and content management systems.
• Have a natural ability to write copy  that grabs attention and drives action.
• Are tech-savvy and eager to explore new tools and platforms.
• Love balancing the creative and technical sides of marketing.
• Are comfortable managing multiple projects and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but experience matters more).
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, social media management, or content creation.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEO software, and WordPress.
• A collaborative spirit with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
