Position: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Pay Rate/Salary: $30-32/hr DOE

Location: Oakdale, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:45pm

Job Description: the ideal candidate must be able to multitask, have a managerial background in the structural steel industry, dependable, motivated, and looking for long-term employment. This is a working supervisor position; average 50% of your time will be on a forklift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Material I.D.
• Stock Check
• Load trailers with structural steel for deliveries
• Organize material as it come out of Paint Department
• Stage received steel in yard
• Ensure ship deadlines are met
• Load steel on fabrication equipment
• Load and unload paint racks and sandblasting racks
• Operate forklift in a safe manner
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• 10 yrs. experience operating heavy-duty forklift
• 10 yrs. Structural Steel handling
• 10 yrs. Management experience
• Must be dependable and ablet o delegate responsibility
• Must possess leadership and communication skills
• Must be able and willing to be trained in different production areas
