Reporting and Segmentation Manager (Temporary)
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL expert with a strong understanding of Braze to join our team as a Reporting and Segmentation Manager. This role focuses on supporting sophisticated customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and channel health metrics to enhance marketing strategies and deepen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain segmentation for automated programs (e.g., onboarding, retention).
- Support marketing teams by generating targeted audiences for email and mobile push campaigns, ensuring segmentation aligns with testing strategies for accurate measurement.
- Collaborate with Tech and Data Engineering teams to resolve technical issues related to customer targeting and data hygiene.
- Create and manage user-friendly documentation and Wikis for global segmentation and reporting stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee offshore team tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business rules and data governance standards.
- Validate and review segmentation queries to ensure compliance with campaign requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, database, or campaign analytics roles.
- Advanced SQL expertise (experience with AWS Redshift is a plus).
- Proficient in Braze, with strong knowledge of segmentation best practices.
- Experience in supporting multi-channel campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Familiarity with customer attributes and outbound campaign data (email, push).
- Strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Jira or similar workflow tools.
- Knowledge of email and mobile push marketing best practices.
- Solid understanding of campaign performance and channel health metrics.
