I am currently working with a reputable mid-sized firm who are actively growing their Missouri offices. This includes a junior attorney who specializes in Litigation to join their St. Louis office.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will offer the firm's clients with sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
• The caseload will include tort litigation matters.
• Evaluate potential tort cases for legal merit and viability.
• You will assist the firm's Partners in high-profile and complex cases.
• You will assist in representing businesses, insurance carriers and individuals in a variety of areas, including insurance contracts, business disputes, premises liability, product liability and construction disputes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to the state bar of Missouri.
• 1+ year(s) of legal experience, including insurance and/or tort litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
