What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Exceptional candidates without a degree but with proven expertise will also be considered.

5+ years of product development experience in the transportation industry—bonus points if it’s in truck or heavy equipment.

CREO expertise is a must! Knowledge of GD&T is essential.

A solid understanding of the product development life cycle and experience with product data management systems .

Hands-on experience with FEA (structural and fatigue analysis) and CFD .
