• Analyzing compensation data and benchmarking against industry standards
• Supporting salary reviews and merit increase processes
• Assisting with compensation-related reports and presentations
• Ensuring compliance with compensation laws and regulations
• Managing compensation tools and systems
• Advising HR and management on compensation trends and best practices
