About the roles:
Litigation Attorney
- 4-8 years of civil litigation experience.
- Hands-on experience with law and motion, depositions, and court hearings.
- Salary: $125,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
Municipal Attorney
- 3-7 years of experience representing public entities.
- Proficiency in public bidding, procurement, prevailing wage, franchise agreements, and Prop. 218.
- Salary: $135,000 - $180,000, with additional bonuses for meeting hour targets and exceptional performance.
Sr. Labor & Employment Attorney
- 5-10 years of experience in employment and labor law, preferably representing public entities.
- Salary : $145,000 - $190,000, with year-end bonuses and discretionary incentives for high performance.
Requirements for All Roles:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and work in a high-paced environment.
