Actively seeking Legal Secretary (Client Service Specialist) in Litigation for a HYBRID and Full-Time Positions . The positions require that the candidate have at least 5+ years of Legal Secretary Experience within a law firm.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Onsite | Downtown Los Angeles

PAY: $75 - $105K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience & Years w/in a Law Firm)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree PREFERRED
• 5+ yrs of Legal Secretary Experience or Within Professional Services
• Advanced MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Emphasis MS Word
• Experience w/Web-Based Conference Call/Web-Sharing Applications
• Calendar & Schedule Management
• Billing, Expenses, Accounting Reporting Experiences

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate client communications and coordinate client meetings
• Maintain calendar, scheduling, expense reports and travel arrangements
• Execute legal practice tasks and projects; maintain client materials in doc management system
• Opening of new matters, engagement letters, client presentations, meetings and other administrative projects
• Prepare complex legal documents and correspondence
• Understand and support client billing processes
• Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, initiative and innovation in handling a wide variety of additional projects as assigned/required
