Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff and Technical Operations Lead to support our CTO in driving strategic initiatives and managing the day-to-day operations of the technology department. This role blends executive support, technical expertise, and program management to optimize operations and deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, experience in the BFSI sector, and hold a Scrum certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, managing priorities, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Technical Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operations within the technology department, including HR functions, resource allocation, and talent development.
  • Program Management: Lead internal projects and client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CTO, executive leadership, and key stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize technology workflows and improve departmental efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the CTO in developing and executing technology strategies focused on innovation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a technology-focused role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role in the BFSI sector.
  • Scrum certification (CSM, CSP, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
  • Experience with HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management in a tech environment.
