My client is a highly respected and well known Real Estate company that has been is business for 40 years. They are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner that will assume full responsibility for employee relations, organizational/talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation/benefits administration, and oversight of all policies and procedures.
This is an individual contributor role and a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to management on strategic and tactical human resource-related issues
- Positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering out-of-the-box/innovative solutions as a problem solver
- Design, develop and manage human resource initiatives and best practices to support organizational objectives and strategy. Ensure compliance to state and federal regulations relevant to Human Resources practices ( documentation, payroll and benefits administration, etc)
- Investigate complex employee relations issues by developing investigation plan, conducting interviews and providing recommendations on decisions and outcomes
Lead recruitment activity for the firm, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre- employment processes and onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or similar degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state and local regulations relevant to employment practices
- PE or Real Estate experience a plus
- 10+ years of related experience as an HR Professional
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications including Excel
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management systems such as ADP Workforce Now
