Job Overview:
This role requires someone who is excellent on the phone, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently. As a key member of our office team, you will work closely with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and concerns over the phone with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Provide support for scheduling, job coordination, and follow-ups.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage data, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Handle numbers and calculations with precision for invoices, and related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong numerical skills.
- Teachable and eager to learn new systems and processes.
- Spanish-speaking abilities (conversational or fluent) are highly preferred.
- Experience in customer service, office administration, or the moving industry is a plus.
