Top 3 requirements:

-7+ years experience as an agile product owner/ agile consultant

-Must have expereince in payments space (digtal/transactional), Zelle would be most desirable

-Experience working with both business side and technology side

Day to Day Responsibilities:

This team oversees Zelle, Bill Pay, and Direct Pay, with a current emphasis on Zelle. They are seeking a candidate to enhance Agile delivery and expand the Agile model beyond the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and will collaborate with the change governance team to define processes. Subsequently, they will lead the implementation of new initiatives through the refined Agile process. This role requires advocating for change with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes, data flows, and methodologies. Proficiency in Jira is essential, and SAFe certifications are a plus.
