Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to assist in the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with a passion. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and chef’s standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with other kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Adapt to changing menu items and special requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, specially in italian cuisine and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A culinary arts degree is preferred but not mandatory.
