Our client, an industrial organization located in the East End of Ottawa, is currently looking to hire a Warranty Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Required Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical/engine, parts, service and/or technician roles
- Previous industry experience or experience working on heavy duty trucks considered a strong asset
- Previous warranty claim experience considered a strong asset
- Great phone etiquette and customer-oriented personality
- Strong listening skills combined with ability to bring solutions to customers
- Ability to work independently demonstrating organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computer applications
- Must have own vehicle to get to work location
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer
- Close out all warranty work orders daily
- Ensure labour and parts information are claimed accurately
- Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Assist the Warranty Manager and Service Team as required
- Other duties as assigned
Wage: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
